The Holly Springs Annual Pilgrimage is a beloved event held by the Holly Springs Garden Club.

The event kicks off with our Opening Ceremony at Montrose followed by events featuring the 83rd Annual Tour of homes, churches and museums, a recital featuring the talents of local musicians, luncheons in the town's renowned art gallery, tours of the historical Hill Crest Cemetery, arts and crafts on the grounds of Montrose and a southern brunch in the historic Montrose mansion, home of the Holly Springs Garden Club.

Proceeds from Pilgrimage benefit the preservation and restoration of Montrose.

Pilgrimage Event Details

Pilgrimage Headquarters - for day of accommodations, information and souvenir purchases.

Headquarters for the 83rd Annual Holly Springs Pilgrimage will be located in Christ Episcopal Church's Parish Hall, located at

120 South Randolph St.

Headquarters will serve as your go-to location for day of event ticket purchasing, information, and mementos! You can also stop by to rest/use the facilities. HSGC Members will be on site to welcome you and help with any questions you may have!

Friday, April 4: 10am - 4pm

Saturday, April 5: 10am - 4pm

If you have purchased tickets online, e-tickets were emailed to you and can be saved to your Apple wallet or can be shown from your phone email at tour locations and/or events upon entry; no need to check-in at Headquarters for tickets already purchased.

While you have all you need for your event with this e-ticket, still feel free to stop by Headquarters pick up a Pilgrimage brochure, tour map, to see about other Pilgrimage events or pick up a t-shirt, coffee mug, Christmas ornament, and more!

For events with limited seating/tickets, it is highly recommended that you purchase tickets on our website - link below to ticket purchases. Meet Our 2025 Pilgrimage Court

Let us introduce to you the young men and women who will be ambassadors for the Holly Springs Garden Club's 83rd Annual Pilgrimage!

Pilgrimage Queen

Eliza Cavendar

Eliza Lorilei Cavender is the 17 year old daughter of Stephanie Bailey of Holly Springs and Kevin Cavender of Southaven. She is a junior at Marshall Academy and a member of First Baptist Church, Holly Springs. Eliza has been a member of the MA Student Council for five years and is currently Treasurer of the Jr. class. She is an active member of the Beta, Key, and Anchor Clubs. She was honored to be voted as Freshman class Homecoming maid.

Eliza was one of twenty students in the state selected to participate in the Lott Leadership Program for Rising Freshmen at Ole Miss. She has won Academic Excellence Awards in Civics, American History, World Geography, Spanish, A&P, English, Creative Writing, and Fine Arts. She also won the American Legion Award and the Woodmen of the World Award. Eliza was recently selected by Northcentral Electric Cooperative as one of ten students to participate in the 2025 NRECA Cooperative Youth Leaders program. The program will include trips to Jackson, MS and Washington, DC. Eliza will also be serving as a page for MS State Representative Steve Massengill in March 2025.

In Athletics, Eliza has won back to back to back (3 x) State Championships in softball as a member of the Lady Patriots team. She was named MAIS State Player of the Year in 2022 and was named to the state Futures team. She was named 1st team All-Conference and the All-State team as pitcher in both 2022 and 2023. She was named MA softball MVP in 2022 and won the Best Defense Award in 2023. Eliza won the Softball Youth All-American Ace Award in 2019.

In 2024, Eliza was selected to participate in the All-American games in Colorado. She was honored to be chosen as team MVP by the college coaches at the game. Eliza was also honored to be selected to participate in the 2024 All-Academic games.

Eliza is currently visiting colleges to determine where she would like to further her academic and softball careers.

Sophie Allred

Sophie Jewel Allred is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Danny Allred of Holly Springs. Sophie is a Junior at Marshall Academy where she has attended since 3K. Sophie is an Honors student and is a member of the Senior Beta Club. Sophie has served as Secretary of her class since the eighth grade. She is an active member of the Key Club at Marshall Academy.

Sophie was chosen by the Holly Springs Rotary Club to serve as a delegate to the Rotary Youth Leadership Academy this February and will serve as a page for Mississippi Representative Steve Massengill in March.

Sophie is a member of First Baptist Church of Holly Springs where she is active in the Youth Department and has previously served on the Youth Council.

After high school Sophie plans to attend Ole Miss and study Nursing. She hopes to become a NICU nurse.

Brody Kee

Brody Kee is the son of Mr. Paul and Mrs. Amy Lindsey of Red Banks, Mississippi, and Mr. Richard and Mrs. Shannon Kee of Williston, Tennessee. He is currently a senior at Marshall Academy where he has attended since Preschool. Brody has served as class treasurer both his Junior and Senior years and has also been a member of the Beta Club, the Marshall Academy fishing club, the High School Golf team, Junior high football team and a member of the 901 Bass Fishing team.

Upon graduation, Brody plans to attend Northwest Mississippi Community College in Senatobia, Mississippi where he wants to receive his certification in welding. He hopes to one day pursue his career in welding by traveling out west and working on the pipeline.

Brody is active member of Slayden Baptist Church in Slayden, Mississippi. In his free tim, he enjoys duck hunting, turkey hunting and fishing with his brothers, Colt Lindsey and Brooks Kee. He enjoys spending time with his family, especially his mom, and friends when he is not working at Bar J Ranches.

Brody McCord

Brody is the son of Mr. Kris McCord and Mrs. Amanda McCord of Red Banks. Brody is a Senior at Marshall Academy where he has attended since Kindergarten. Brody is currently a member of the Senior Beta Club. Because of Brody's knowledge and love for history, he received the Woodman Life American History Award at Marshall Academy. Brody is involved in the “Cutter’s Class” mentorship program where he helps mentor the 2nd grade class.

Brody is undecided of his plans after graduation. He is sure of wanting to travel and attend mission trips with his church before college. Brody attends Grace Valley Church in Collierville.

In Brody’s free time, he is usually working with his father on the farm. He enjoys playing guitar, fishing, kayaking and spending time with his family.
